We also provide the California Achievement Test to those who wish to track their student's educational progress.

  • Lars Johnson

    Administrative Director

    Lars Johnson joined Christian Liberty in 1984, and has held a variety of positions with its home education ministries—designing educational programs for students within the CLASS homeschool academy and developing curriculum materials for use within the home education program. In 2006, he became administrative director of Christian Liberty Press. He was directly responsible for developing our current course on the United States Constitution—Foundation for Freedom, updating our fifth grade history course—Exploring American History, and revising our third grade history reader—History Stories for Children, as well as overall management of Christian Liberty’s publishing ministry. Mr. Johnson has B.A. and M.A. degrees in International Affairs from Florida State University. He has been a ruling elder in an Orthodox Presbyterian congregation in the Chicago suburbs since 1991. He and his wife have seven children: the eldest six have graduated from Christian Liberty Academy (CLA), four have graduated from Christian colleges in Pennsylvania and Georgia, one is currently attending Covenant College in Georgia, and the youngest child is being taught at home.
